New Kickstarter Campaign Seeks to Make Money About Another Famous Recording Studio

Butch Vig has been thinking.  “If Dave Grohl can make a movie about Sound City in LA, then why can’t I make a doc about my studio in Madison, Wisconsin?”

Makes sense when you consider how many bands have trooped through Smart Studios:  Nirvana, Garbage, Smashing Pumpkins, Death Cab for Cutie, Against Me!, L7, Killdozer…
