By: Juliette Jagger
Artist: Johnny Stewart “Flesh, Blood, Skin & Bone”
Album: Single
Distorted gospel inspired vocals soar against a backdrop of weighty foot stomps, handclaps, and heavy garage rock riffs on this one from Johnny Stewart. “Flesh, Blood, Skin & Bone” is best described as raw, trashy, blues.

Album: Single
Musing over the memories of first time loves and the indescribable euphoria that tends to accompany it, the aptly titled “First Love” from Toronto producer Patrick Perez, is worth the listen. The song also features sampled vocals by Daniel Caesar and a video edited by Toronto based visual artist The Chase.

Artist: Poema “Forget You In LA”
Album: Pretty Speeches
Nashville-based sister duo Poema have just released a brand new video for their song “Forget You In LA.” The track is a melodic, mid-tempo electro-pop ballad that nestles itself between sweetly delivered sun-kissed vocal harmonies, twinkling synths, and sad-eyed heart shaped sunnies.
