Artist: Sleater Kinney
Song: Hurry On Home

Watch/listen:

Artist: Palehound
Song: Black Friday

This low-key track has an instantly attractive intimacy which is only emphasized by the soft sweetness of the melodies and the airy, almost conversational vocals. This is the title track to Palehound’s new album, out June 7th!

Listen:

Artist: Sub-Radio
Song: Room For You

This track is all good vibes! It’s got big drums, strong production, fun moving guitar parts, bright synths, and sunny vocals. Vocalist Adam Bradley shares that “We wanted ‘Room For You’ to capture that disorienting rush of old memories when you see that person you’ve never quite forgotten about. It jerks you through all those emotions that hit you one after the other.” Find this track on the band’s upcoming EP Dog Years, out July 19th!

Listen:

Artist: Miss June

According to this New Zealand post punk band Best Girl song “is an anthem for anyone who has been misled from birth, into battle for a spot that doesn’t exist.”
