New Music from the Inbox Tuesday Edition (February 10, 2026): Moe Killed My Cool, TR3NT, Sibyl Vane, & More!
Moe Killed My Cool

Song: “K (Luv U) Bye”
Album: despite everything, it’s still you EP
Release Date: December 12, 2025
Location: St. Catharines
Why I like it: “K (Luv U) Bye” is emo track full of driving rhythms, fuzz, and emotionally-charged lyrics that fills me with nostalgia of early 00s emo. It’s giving early Silverstein (with less screaming), local show in a church basement, black eyeliner and skinny jeans vibes and I am HERE for it all.

Song: “I Disappear”
Album: Single
Release Date: January 1, 2026
Location: Brantford
Why I like it: An instantly catchy beat drew me in right away and the melody kept me hooked as the vocals keep the song driving forward. A guitar solo in the middle added an extra flair to the song.
Watch:
Sibyl Vane

Song: “Vortex”
Album: Single
Release Date: January 16, 2026
Location: Pärnu, Estonia
Why I like it: I really like the cool synth sounds throughout the track, but I especially like the low bass synth drone that underpins the majority of the song and gives the track depth and darkness. The vibe is very post-punk.

Song: “Something Better”
Album: Single
Release Date: January 8, 2026
Location: Toronto
Why I like it: I am forever and always a pop-punk kid at heart, so play me a catchy pop-punk song and I’ll probably love it right away. “Something Better” hits all the right notes (pun fully intended) for me as it blends classic song writing and modern sounds.

Song: “As Long As I Breathe”
Album: Single
Release Date: December 15, 2025
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Why I like it: The melancholic sound at the start of the song caught my interest, but when the vocals came in, that was it – I’m obsessed. The layering of the instrumentals and the weaving together of the different sections is fantastic, but my favourite part is the deep, dark timbre of the vocals that remind me of David Bowie.
