Nirvana celebrates 1 billion YouTube views of “Teen Spirit” with these billboards in LA and New York

It was just a few days ago that “Smells Like Teen Spirit” from Nirvana reached the one billion view mark on YouTube. You’d think that it would have hit that milestone sooner, but an official version of the video wasn’t posted until 2009. Still, it took ten years?

Time to do a little strutting and boasting with a couple of billboards in LA and NYC.
