No, You Can’t Reserve Chris Cornell’s Detroit Hotel Room

What’s wrong with people?

According to some reports, the MGM Grand Hotel in Detroit has been receiving requests about room 1136, the suite in which Chris Cornell died Wednesday night/Thursday morning. Although the doorframe has been repaired (it was kicked in by Chris’ bodyguard when there was no reply to his frantic knocks), the $600/night room is listed as “unavailable.” It is, after all, a crime scene for the moment.
