Nominations for the 2022 Juno Awards are out

After being cancelled in 2020 and restricted to a virtual event last, the Juno Awards aim to return in person on May 15 in Toronto. The nominees for the 51st annual Juno Awards are now out.

  • In the sorely missed Orbit Room in Toronto (580a College St.) there was a sneaky Juno award on a shelf behind the bar sitting amongst the bottles. A sharp eyed buddy of mine (@jerrythegarbageman) spotted it one blurry night there. We asked the bartender about it. I can’t recall the explanation, but it was really far off what we would have expected…It had nothing to do with Alex Lifeson. Something along the lines of “best costume” or something like that. Anyway, we thought that was pretty cool.

    Gawd, I miss that place!
