No, not the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame; that’s something completely different. The Pop Hall–headquartered in Cannonsburg, Pennsylvania, has only been around since 2013 and instead of being a closed voting system, it’s open to the general public. Voting started last Wednesday and continues until December 2. Here’s who is eligible this year via VVN. The asterisk means the artist is a first-time nominee.
