Now Torrenting in North Korea…

North Korea is the weirdest, saddest, most repressive nation on earth.  Starvation and imprisonment hangs over most of its citizens.  Its economy has always been in the toilet.  The cult of personality government is evil, backward and belligerent.

Needless to say, it’s virtually impossible for any citizens of the DPRK to access the Internet.  Yet someone is freely torrenting content from outside the country.
