The NYPD Does Not Like the Ellen Dance Dare

If you watch Ellen (and I don’t), you’ll know about her dare for people to dance.  A guy named Alexander BOK [sic] decided to take up that dare, dancing for strangers in New York City. The NYPD was not amused.
