  • Music is not everything. Most boomers knew that. If you feel like you are in a bad situation, first realize that we are fighting the same enemies, big government and corporations. Then you work for them to survive. Sucks

  • That was a very thoughtful speech. IMHO though, every generation has its favourites. Personally, my favourite music is jazz, and jazz had its golden age before boomers were a thing. However, as a wise man once said, all golden ages must come to end, and the one for jazz ended in the 1960’s. So it is for the music the boomers adored. That golden age also ended. However, because the boomer demographic is so large (some would say obnoxious), it has created this outsized influence. It was far easier and more lucrative to make a living in the music business 60 years ago than it is now however..
