Ongoing History Daily: The lost Taylor Hawkins album

Before Taylor Hawkins died of a cardiac issue on March 25, 2022, the Foo Fighters drummer recorded an album with Jane’s Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro and AC/DC bassist Chris Chaney. The sessions took place in September 2021 for their band, which they called NHC. Besides the two songs released before Taylor died, will we ever hear any of them?

Dave Navarro had this to say: “We mixed and mastered it, and then we lost Taylor. It was actually very painful for me to pick up the guitar after that.” He didn’t play anything for a solid year. So, while the record is done and ready to go, will it ever get released? I guess we’ll just have to wait to find out.
