Kings of Quirk will feature material from everyone from the drone-y Leonard Cohen to the yelpy Robert Smith. We’ll also need to look at bands like Sparks, the Darkness and the Talking Heads. And just wait until we get to Captain Beefheart and Klaus Nomi.
