Online TV Series Looking for Bands

They call it Garage Band TV.  Here’s what they sent me:

Garage Band TV is a Canadian web series featuring independent, ‘local’ bands and performers from across the nation. Join Freddy Mac (morning show host on 105.3 The Fox, Fredericton) and the team as they travel across Canada into some truly unique, remote, and bizarre places.

Watch them hit up garages and all sorts of jam spaces to unearth some of the most compelling people who have ever dreamed of being a rock star — or who simply do it for the love of music. Catch a jam session, get to know the members, and hear some fantastic stories from passionate people along the way.

It’s raw, wild, and totally unpredictable as they find something different and extraordinary behind every garage door.

Bands are asked to submit an original video or song and photos of their creative space with their application. Part music feature, part travel show, Garage Band TV celebrates real Canadian music and locations.

Submissions are currently open for bands to apply to be featured on Season One (June 7 – August 9, 2013) at GARAGEBANDTV.CA
