Ottawa Bluesfest has made its first announcements for 2026

This will be an extra special year for the City of Ottawa, it is celebrating its 200th anniversary. There will be numerous celebratory events throughout the year, but one event in particular is a teaming up of Ottawa with the city’s largest music festival, Ottawa Bluesfest.

The festival is running from 9-19 July 2026 on the grounds of the Canadian War Museum at Lebreton Flats in downtown Ottawa.

Mark Monahan is the festival’s executive director: “The Ottawa Bluesfest team is thrilled to support the launch of Ottawa 200. This is a tremendous opportunity to celebrate the rich history of our city, and we look forward to contributing to a year of impactful commemorative events, while being a part of Ottawa’s vibrant future.”

“We are thrilled to announce the evening lineup for Sunday 19 July 2026, in celebration of Ottawa’s 200th Anniversary! Featuring The Guess Who, The Sheepdogs, and Elisapie and more to come.”

A limited number of 19 July general admission one-day tickets will be available for one day only, beginning Thursday 22 January at 10am, until 10am on Friday 23 January, at the discounted price of $25.00 (+HST/services fees). **While quantities last!

All other dates and ticket types will go on sale with the full Ottawa Bluesfest 2026 lineup announcement coming in February.
