Is This an Outtake from the New U2 Album?
The rumour is that this was recorded at Electric Lady in NYC back in May. No idea of the track’s provenance, but it sounds like U2. (Check the comments sections for what people think is going on.)
Listen while you can.

Discuss.
It’s U2 for sure, and it has potential……….
I think the break could be U2, too. It’s a typical U2 break.
it was uploaded to YouTube in 2011 here:

Note: there have been more songs added.my comment was only about the first
could be using the regular cords e and d and in standard tuning
i hope it is them. i really like this!

It ‘could’ be but I’m not convinced at all – It’s pretty simple to replicate delay on a guitar. The last one also goes against everything The Edge stands for as a musician.
file 2 is to close to With or without you, file3 is no edge-style. File1 maybe U2, but still a outtake and to work with…
The first song, the drums specifically sound like “Miss Sarajevo”
“Tutum-ta-ta, Tutum-ta-ta, Tutum-ta-ta etc..”
The second song. Is from when they were experimenting with the song: “With or Without You” back in the 80’s…
