Photo mystery: Can you identify this band from the past?

An email appeared from someone in the Nickelback camp yesterday asking for assistance. Guitarist Ryan Peake found this photo. It’s illegibly autographed and no one can figure out who it might be. Can you help? I feel I should know, but…

I was thinking of maybe a band along the lines of A Foot in Cold Water – some one hit wonder from the 70s. I can make out a “B” in the signature of the guy on the left, and AFIC did have one Bob Horne on keyboards, so maybe one of the other bands he was in? Or I could be headed down the wrong rabbit hole completely here (the rest of the signature doesn’t seem to match, anyway). Any way we could get a clearer picture of the signatures?

I thought the Bobby might be Bobby Colomby but he doesn’t look quite right. I also can’t find evidence on Bobby Colomby being in a band with only three other people.
