Pope Leo loves himself a good rave. Here’s video proof

EDM and the Catholic Church don’t cross over much, but when they do, it’s a ravin’ good time.

Pope Leo appeared at a rave staged to celebrate the 75th birthday of Archbishop Bernard Bober. Padre Guilherme, affectionately known as “The DJ Priest,” somehow got the Pope to bless the crowd of dancers outside St. Elisabeth Cathedral Košice, Slovakia on Saturday (November 8.) Once that was done, the music was turned up and the lasers, spotlights, and projections were turned on.

Here’s video proof. This ain’t no Vatican II.
