Production of the Canadian CanRock Documentary, Rave & Drool, Continues. Here’s How You Can Help.

Saskatchewan filmmaker Tyler Elyniuk was at my house Friday afternoon to interview me for his documentary on Canadian rock of 1990s. He describes the project as “a feature-length film chronicling the 90s CanRock scene. What set it off and what snuffed it out?”

Regular readers will know that I’m all for this kind of documentation of our music history. We need more of this stuff.

Because Saskatchewan revamped its tax credit system for film, Tyler has had to turn to raising money through an Indiegogo campaign. With eight days to go, he’s about 40% short of his (modest) goal of $6,700. Any and all help is appreciated.
