Your family is expanding and you’ve outgrown where you’re living now. Time to shop for a new house. And if you’re Beyonce and Jay Z, not just any place will do for the new twins. They’ve just put in an offer on a pile at 454 Cuesta Way in the East Gate area of Bel Air.

It sounds okay. Eleven bathrooms. A media room. A spot for a recording studio. A 15-car garage. A spa with a hot tub, sauna and a steam room. Separate servants’ quarters. Space shouldn’t be a problem, either. The house itself has 30,000 square feet along with an extra 10,000 square feet of outdoor living space. The whole thing is set on two acres.

How much? They’ve put in an offer of $120 million.
