Punk Band Featuring Members with Down Syndrome Out to Raise Awareness in This Year’s Eurovision Song Contest

They’re called PKN, short for Pertti Kurikan Nimipaivat. All four members have Down Syndrome and, in a couple of cases, autism. They came out of Finland in 2009 (watch their story in a doc called The Punk Syndrome) and are now making a run at Eurovision 2015. Read more about them at The Independent.
