According to a recent report out of the UK, the Queen is down to her last million quid. Maybe it’s time to look at monetizing the royal family in new ways.

A big drain on the finances is the upkeep of all the royal residences. For example, there’s Balmoral, Her Majesty’s summer retreat in Scotland. The grounds are available for rental, but they’ve tended to be small-ish upper-class toff sort of events. Now, though, the people in charge seem to be open to the idea of hosting a rock festival.
