Queens of the Stone Age have canceled more shows because Josh Homme is under “medical care.”

For the second time in a couple of weeks, Queens of the Stone Age have had to cancel shows on a European tour because of Josh Homme’s health. We’re not sure what’s wrong other than (a) he had to return to the US for “emergency surgery” and (b) that he remains under “medical care.”

This brings the number of canceled European shows to 15, including a couple of big festivals.

Josh has had health issues over the last few years. In 2011, he had a near-death experience when something went wrong whislt he was on the table for knee surgery. That left him bedridden for months. And then in 2022, he required surgery for an undisclosed form of cancer. In late 2023, he declared that he was cancer-free.

Here’s hoping that things will be okay.
