Radio’s Future Lies with Its Personalities

For as long as I’ve been in this business, I’ve maintained that the last thing radio needs to be is iTunes with commercials.  Personalities–real, live, engaging and entertainment storytellers–are what gives radio its soul.

Dan Mason, the CEO of CBS Radio, recently spoke with radio consultant, Mark Ramsay, about this very thing.  They also talked about radio’s digital future.
