  1. If the plantiffs win this copyright lawsuit, it will be bad, bad, BAD for music. What’s next? Saying that you own the tango? Or reggae? Or ska?
  2. Live Nation is being sued over injuries that happened as the result of a crowd surge at the 2022 Lovers & Friends Festival in Las Vegas.
  3. Another lawsuit. Post Cereals is suing OK Go after the company put out a line of cereals called OK GO! even though the band had the name first. Wait–what? (Via Tom)
