One of the most batshit crazy characters in Mad Max: Fury Road (and there are plenty to choose from) is the Doof Warrior, a dude whose only duty seems to be to lead the barbarians into battle by playing a flame-throwing guitar from a decidedly unsafe-looking moving platform.
