RHCP’s Flea vs Clint Eastwood
Clint Eastwood is well known for his conservative views and his gruff style. Flea, from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, is a well known Bernie Sanders guy. Clearly, the twain shall never meet.
Clint Eastwood, noted actor probably best known for his role in talking to a chair, recently told Esquire how sick he is of political correctness and how he often finds Donald Trump’s anti-PC stances refreshing. Flea’s Twitter fingers were having none of it.
In response to Eastwood’s lament of a “pussy generation,” the Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist shot back he’d be glad to sign on:
Hey Clint Eastwood count me in as a pussy as we aspire to evolve above racism.

In the Esquire interview, the 86-year old actor hasn’t endorsed Trump (or any candidate), but he certainly endorsed his few-holds-barred brand of rhetoric:
“He’s on to something, because secretly everybody’s getting tired of political correctness, kissing up,” Eastwood said. “That’s the kiss-ass generation we’re in right now. We’re really in a pussy generation. Everybody’s walking on eggshells. We see people accusing people of being racist and all kinds of stuff. When I grew up, those things weren’t called racist.”
