Robert Fripp and Toyah Willcox go bubblegum for Sunday Lunch

Before there was hyperpop, there was bubblegum, the OG of ridicullous ultra-catchy songs with sugary hooks. The reason we use the term “bubblegum” is because one of the big groups of this 60s era was the 1910 Fruitgum Company. They, however, had peers like the Ohio Express who had a hit with “Yummy Yummy Yummy” in 1968.

Guess what Robert Fripp and Toyah Willcox cooked up in the kitchen for Sunday Lunch? Yep, except this is a bit a different presentation.
