The nominees for the 2017 Grammy Awards were announced this morning (lots of Canucks on the list!). Here’s what’s happening in the categories most near to the hearts of the readers of this site, which is to say all the rock-related stuff. (The full list of nominees can be found at Billboard.) The always-underwhelming Grammys will be broadcast on February 12.

  • As with the “Rock n Roll” Hall of Fame, the ABSURD and no sense comes with the Grammys. This two institutions are lost to the public attention today. Don´t mean nothing. They ain´t serious and their output is MEANINGLESS.

    So, say the truth, they just try to put out “a show”, POPular (mainstream) enough to sell to the media (TV) and cash on it.

    Say no more.
