Rush fans are going to love this 50th anniversary anthology

Rush fans are among the most loyal in the world. Many of them will buy everything the band has to offer. This time, the prize is RUSH 50, a 50-track super-deluxe box set that includes some cool surprises. Yes, the important tracks are all here (scroll down for the track listing), but the collection also features “fan-requested unreleased tracks.”

The anthology includes everything from their first single in 1973 to a soundboard recording of the band’s last-ever show in Los Angeles in August 2015.

Geddy says this: “50? Is that all?…seriously…it’s a cool collection…but look at all those songs – I’m exhausted just reading the effin list.” Me, too. You’ll need a lie-down afterwards as well. Everything comes out March 21.

Alan Cross

is an internationally known broadcaster, interviewer, writer, consultant, blogger and speaker. In his 40+ years in the music business, Alan has interviewed the biggest names in rock, from David Bowie and U2 to Pearl Jam and the Foo Fighters.
