Rush Releases a Remixed Vapor Trails. Here’s Why.

When Vapor Trails was released in 2002, it was the first Rush album in six years.  The bad news is that sonically, it had some issues.

We overcooked it,” bassist/singer Geddy Lee tells Rolling Stone now. “The mixes were really loud and brash. The mastering job was harsh and distorted.”
