Science Says Animals Enjoy Music the Same Way We Do

A couple of times a week, I give my dog a spa day.  The Faithful Bull Terrier is chauffeured to Doggy Daycare where she spends the day running with her friends, chasing squirrels, napping and listening to music.

Yes, she’s a music fan.  Schmooze pretty much has run of the office area and likes to hang out in the grooming room where the SiriusXM receiver is always tuned to one of the classic rock channels.  The groomers say that Schmoozer really digs Zeppelin, Yes and the occasional Beatles.  She’ll begin by picking a crate and then rooting through all the other crates for the pillows that she likes.  Once she builds her bed, she’ll like there for hours listening to the music.
