Scott Weiland Turns to Fans to Help Launch His New Album

Now that Weiland will never, ever be part of the Stone Temple Pilots or Velvet Revolver again, he’s, um, free to pursue other opportunities. His new band, Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts, have launched a campaign on PledgeMusic for their new album, Blaster, which is due March 31.
