Photographer Alex Lupul was dispatched to last night’s (July 18) drive-in concert by Monster Truck. This was the first such gig at Toronto’s new City View Drive-In, which has been created for the COVID-19 world.

The set started at 8:15 and wrapped up around 9:45. About 100 cars were there–a little light, but consider that the original date (Thursday night) was postponed due to bad weather. Any no-show can probably be attributed to people leaving the city for the weekend.

Stiil, everyone seems to have had a good time. This won’t be the last gig at City View.
