Singer Natalie Cole Dead at 65

If you’re old enough, you’ll remember the hit duet she had with her dad, Nat King Cole, in 1992. Their performance of “Unforgettable” was, er, memorable for two things. First, it cleaned up at the Grammy Awards and Nat had been dead for 27 years at the time of the recording. At the time, this was some state-of-the-art recording trickery.

Nathalie had been ill for the last several months stemming from long-term substance abuse, Hep C and a liver transplant.
