UPDATE: So THAT’S where the leaked OK Computer material came from. And now you can legally own it.

Earlier this month, a trove of unreleased Radiohead material from the OK Computer era appeared online, sending Reddit into something of a feeding frenzy.

The source of this music was a big pile of Minidiscs that came from…somewhere. But this tweet from Jonny Greenwood makes everything clear.

If you go to Bandcamp, you’ll find this note:

we’ve been hacked
my archived mini discs from 1995-1998(?)
it’s not v interesting
there’s a lot of it

as it’s out there
it may as well be out there
until we all get bored
and move on

if you want it, you can buy the whole lot here
18 minidisks for £18 [That’s about CAD$30]
the proceeds will go to Extinction Rebellion

Before you begin, though, you’ll need this Google Doc to help you sort through everything. All is annotated here which should help you pick out the best stuff. Whoever did this is a true obsessive. We owe them a debt of thanks.
