Sonorus: A weird new music database that…well, I’m not sure

Are you a music snob with strong opinions on what constitutes good music? Do you feel the need to tell people why their taste in music sucks? Think you can turn your positions into crypto rewards? Then have I got a site for you.

Sonorus wants to become the IMDB of music.

The site offers fans an outlet for all your opinions about music. You rate and review new songs near and dear to you. If the song blows up (and it HAD to blow up), you’ll get some crypto as a reward for sharing your brilliance.

Interested?

  • Join
  • Review/rate songs that you’re geeking out over
  • Wait for the song to explode with everyone else.
  • If it does, you get a crypto reward for supporting the song/artist before anyone else.

Is this viable? I guess we’ll see. (Via Bobby)
