Cool!

South Korea is using artificial intelligence to produce music by dead musicians

Artificial intelligence is being harnessed to do some interesting things. New programs are being used to learn and then extrapolate the style of certain musicians. This way, we can learn what Kurt Cobain or Amy Winehouse might sound like today had they not died early.

South Korea is one of the leaders in this area. They’re using AI to create music by dead pop stars.

I’m involved in something similar this coming Thursday with a free event called the Lost Tapes Live.
