Spotify says these were the biggest Canadian songs on the platform over the last six months

Spotify has just released its first-ever Global Impact List for Canada, compiling stats for the most-listened-to Canadian songs on the platform. Some of the usual suspects are here (Drake, Weekend, Tate McCrae, etc.) but there is also a surprise or two. For example, who’s Chris Grey? A Canadian who is a star in Brazil, Maylasia, and Indonesia. Shubh and Raghav are Canadian but have major appeal to Punjabi fans worldwide.

Interesting how international music has become, innit?
