Stage Collapse at a Brazilian Festival Kills a DJ and Injures Three
About 5,000 people were enjoying DJ Kaleb Freitas’ set at the Atmosphere Festival in Esteio, Brazil, Sunday afternoon when something went terribly wrong.
As you can see by the video, the winds whipped up and the stage came down.

Organizers knew about the weather forecast and the potential for “gale-force winds,” but decided to go ahead with the gig, anyway.
Freitas was rushed to hospital with severe head injuries but died in the emergency ward. There’s no word on the injured.
