The All-Star Charity Drum Battle Between the RHCP’s Chad Smith and Will Ferrell
Chad Smith and Will Ferrell were at it again, this time holding a drum battle for the Red Hot Comedy + Music Show and Quinceañera in Los Angeles Friday night. The big event of the evening was a drum showdown, part two of a fake rivalry that began with a Tonight Show bit.
Instead of the battle between a straight fight between Chad and Will, each of them drafted teams.
Chad’s Team: Taylor Hawkins (Foo Fighters), Tommy Lee (Motley Crue), Stewart Copeland (Police)
Will’s Team: Mick Fleetwood (Fleetwood Mac), Andy Lee (an amazing young drummer), Fred Armisen (Um, really? I know he can play, but look at the competition.)
