Okay, so it’s not a standard music video, but music does factor into the process. Here’s what you do:
- Make sure you’re not hurt by flashing images.
- Open the video in full-screen mode.
- Stare at the centre of the image. Try to keep it up for the full lenght of the video.
- Change your gaze to the room around you. It will appear to expand and contract for the next 10-15 seconds.
