Steve is known as one of alt-rock’s most uncompromising producers.  His clients have included Nirvana, PJ Harvey, Veruca Salt, Killdozer, Guided By Voices, Flogging Molly, Gogol Bordello and dozens and dozens more.  (And did I mention that his Packyderm Studios is opening up again?)

But like all of us, Steve has to eat.  And he’s so proud of the recipes he and his wife Heather come up with, he has a cooking blog.

  • Albini owns Electrical Audio in Chicago, he never owned a studio in Minnesota.
