Still Can’t Get Enough Nirvana? There’s a Gig for That.

If you’re in the Toronto area, there’s a show tonight at the Sound Academy billed as A Tribute to Nirvana. Presented by Dr. Pepper and High Four Records, the gig will feature Ill Scarlett, Rebel Emergency, the Salads, the Johnstones, the Junction, Hands & Teeth and Dinosaur Bones.

If that’s not enough, George Petit from Alexisonfire and Eon Sinclair from Bedouin Soundclash will DJ.  The entire thing will be hosted by Darrin Pfeiffer of Goldfinger and Tyler Stewart of the Barenaked Ladies.

How much?  How much you got?  It’s a “pay what you can” event with all donations going to the United Way of Canada Campaign.
