Medical Mysteries of Music

Stressed by the holidays and COVID? Then try this psych experience to calm your mind

Senscapes is an art-and-science project that seeks to allow people to experience what it’s like to be in an altered state of consciousness. If this were normal times, you could visit their exhibition place and be exposed to immersive light and music created from brain data from the people around you who are altered. Listening to music like this is said to make it happen in your brain without drugs.

If you give it time, you might feel your body warm, notice that the light becomes more brilliant and shaper, and then a series of meaningful revelations.
