
Submissions for the 2017 Indigenous Music Awards Now Open
Submissions are now open online for the 2017 Indigenous Music Awards. The awards return on May 19 with a new format to give better support to artists in the ever-changing music industry.
Indigenous recording artists and music industry professionals worldwide can now enter at indiginousmusicawards.com.
Submissions must have been released between February 17, 2015 and February 16, 2017 and must be completed by February 16, 2017 in order to be eligible for a nomination. Both the music awards and the IMA Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented on Friday, May 19, 2017 at Club Regent Event Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Awards in traditional categories will be presented at the Manito Ahbee International Pow Wow.
