Suno, the AI generative music program, has a new version.

Whatever you may think about AI music in general and Suno in particular, the truth is that whatever we have today is the worst this technology is ever going to be. It’s only going to get better and more powerful.

This week, Suno released version five. They call it “The World’s Best Music Model.” It’s hard to disagree. But then what do we want “best” to mean? I want AI to do my laundry and pick up after my dogs in the backyard. Art should be left to humans.
