Super Bowl XLVIII Looks to be a Very Musical Affair

Okay, so getting Bruno Mars to perform at halftime may be kinda lame, but this is far from the only musical event scheduled for Super Bowl weekend.

Thursday, January 30:  The History of Hip Hop concert hosted by The Roots and featuring Run-DMC, Busta Rhymes and more.

Friday, January 31:  Pandora will present a party featuring Imagine Dragons

Saturday, February 1:  Foo Fighters and Zac Brown Band

Saturday, February 1:  Red Hot Chili Peppers, MS MR and J Roddy Walston and the Business at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn

Sunday, February 2:  Pre-game concert featuring Fall Out Boy and Jake Own.

Eminem was contacted about performing, but he apparently wanted too much money.
