WTF?

Taylor Swift’s CAT is worth HOW MUCH?

As the Christmas credit card bills start to come in, consider that Taylor Swift’s cat could pay them all off with the interest she earns every month.

Olivia Benson (yes, she has a last name; Law and Order: SUV fans get the reference) is a white Scottish fold and is doted upon my her human, who happens to be worth US$400 million. Pets, too, can have a net worth, and in the case of Olivia, hers is US$97 million.

The Pet Rich List (yes, it exists) says this:

“With a whopping $97 million net worth, Olivia has found success outside of the world of Instagram influencing. The Scottish Fold earned her fortune starring alongside her owner in several music videos, has crafted her own merchandise line (sold on Swift’s website back in 2018), and has had cameos in many big-budget ads, including for the likes of Diet Coke and Ned Sneakers.”

Olivia isn’t the richest pet in the world. Her fortune only qualifies her as the third-richest.

  1. Gunther VI, a German shepherd owned by the Gunther Corporation. He’s worth US$500 million.
  2. Nala Cat, who has 4 million Instagram followers. (US$100 million).
  3. Olivia Benson
  4. Sadie, Sunny, Lauren, Layla and Luke–Oprah’s dogs (US$30 million between them).

Yes, I’m depressed now, too.
