The 30th Anniversary of The Moonwalk

Well, that’s not entirely true.  Michael Jackson had been busting this move before this and there were other dancers who had similar movies.  But it wasn’t until the evening of March 25, 1983, that The Moonwalk made into popular culture.

Here’s video from the Motown 25 TV special.  Rarely has something connected with the public so quickly and with such power.
